14-day money-back guarantee
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your order date.
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. You can request a refund in two ways:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email used at checkout, then request a refund directly; or
- Email us at support@sverigepass.com with your order ID and we will arrange it with Paddle.
Access passes
Sverigepass offers one-time access passes that grant access for a fixed duration. There are no recurring subscriptions and nothing will auto-renew. If you want continued access after your pass expires, you will need to purchase a new pass.
Processing time
Approved refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
