Terms & Conditions
Last updated: June 5, 2026
These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your use of sverigepass.com and related services (the “Service”) provided by Nord TC AB (trading as “Sverigepass”, “we”, “us”, “our”), a company registered in Sweden. By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
Sverigepass provides learning materials and practice tests to help users prepare for the Swedish citizenship knowledge test, including text, audio, video, and quiz content in multiple languages.
2. Eligibility & account
You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction and provide accurate information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential and for activity under your account.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes, fraud, or spam;
- infringe intellectual property or other rights of any party;
- interfere with the security of the Service (e.g., malware, probing, unauthorized scraping); or
- circumvent technical limitations or resell access.
4. Intellectual property
Nord TC AB and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, content, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial study within your selected access pass.
5. Payment, access passes, and refunds
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Sverigepass sells one-time access passes that grant access for a fixed duration. There are no recurring subscriptions and nothing auto-renews. Payment, billing, tax, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. See our Refund Policy for our money-back guarantee.
6. Service level
We aim to keep the Service available and accurate, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
7. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, suspected fraud or security risk, or repeated or serious policy violations.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with the Service is limited to the fees you paid us (via Paddle) in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Stockholm, Sweden, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
